Mike has enjoyed the many aspects of Shape-Up Fitness over the past 7 years. Working with people and seeing the development of the members and staff is what motivates Mike the most. The open door policy that is well known to members, allows for ideas and resolution of problems to be swiftly addressed. When not working at Shape-Up Mike enjoys family, friends, and staying fit.

JUDY KIDD
Membership Coordinator

Judy has been with Shape-Up for 16 years. "After training with a trainer for many years, I realized that it was essential to inform people of the importance of exercise as a lifestyle. Now that I am older this has been the most rewarding job I could be doing and enjoying at the same time."

CINDY BURNS
Group Exercise Director

Cindy Burns and her husband Robert Burns founded Shape-Up Fitness Center in 1980. She was one of the first to bring the group exercise format from LA to the OC over 30 years ago. Her passion for fitness thru motivation and music has made her one of Shape-Up's most popular teachers. Always' looking for new and interesting ways to motivate Shape-up's group exercise program to create healthier lifestyles. Cindy is also a stand-up comedienne and part of The Laff Pack she also produces a show called the Funniest Housewives of the OC.

JESSICA WARD
Front Desk Manager

Jessica has been with Shape-Up for two years. The positive staff and encouraging atmosphere motivates her to work with the company and reinforce the mission statement of the club. Jessica currently attends Cal State Fullerton studying political science and enjoys ballet, pilates, sailing, and camping on her free time
