(Workout of the
Week for November 2 - November 8) November Starter WARM-UP: Do 5-10 min. of treadmill or bike at a medium intensity. The Workout: Get ready for the holidays with this one! If you’ve been doing the WOWs for awhile, then go with a 35 lb. KB (men) or 26 lb. KB (women) as the “assigned” weight. 5 rounds will test stamina, especially your ability to move quickly after those burpees! FORM NOTE: Burpee is a full burpee with push-up. THE WORKOUT: Do 5 rounds for time of the following: 1 round is: 5 burpees 10 Kettlebell Swings 15 Squats |
