(Workout of the
Week for August 24 - 30) 2 & Go! WARM-UP: Do 10 min. of a brisk walk/light jog. The Workout: Time to keep that heart rate up while you work on major muscle group power. Only 2 exercises but they work several muscles at one time. You’ll mix in 4 intervals at a tough intensity after each of the 2 exercises. This should take you under 20 minutes to complete but you’ll probably get more done in less time! THE EXERCISES: Do 15 reps of the following exercises followed by 3 intense minutes on the cardio machine of your choice: Do this 4 times! Bench Press (machine #7 or Dumbbells) Lat Pulldown (machine #19) or substitute 3-minute Interval (make it as fast as you can handle) Note: weight should be challenging-heavy! |
