4 and 400

WARM-UP:         Do 5-8 minutes on the treadmill or elliptical.

The Workout:    Yes, you read right!  400 reps total.  This builds on the last few weeks.  You are shooting for doing this workout in the least amount of time.  You must do each exercise for 50 reps before moving on to the next one.  2 rounds, 50 reps each exercise for a total of 400 reps.  If you have been following the WOWs diligently, you will surprise how efficient you will be with this!

THE EXERCISES:

Do 2 rounds of 50 reps of each of the following for time:

Squat

Incline Push-Up (hands on a bench)

Full Sit-Up

Jumping Jacks
