(Workout of the Week for
August 3rd-9th) To The 9s WARM-UP: Do 10 minutes on any cardio machine of your choice. The Workout: 9 minutes can’t be bad, right? Try this first then say that. 9 reps on these 5 exercises, as many rounds (each time through the cycle is 1 round) as you can in 9 minutes. Work fast and if you feel good, go with the heavier weight. Want a goal? Try for at least 5 rounds! THE EXERCISES: As many rounds of as you can in 9 minutes of (each exercise with 9 reps): Leg Press (machine #5) w/ your body weight Dumbbell Shoulder Press (12/15 lbs for women, 15/20 lbs for men) Squat holding dumbbells (same weight as above) 9 Push-ups 9 Full Sit-ups |
