Week for June 22 - 28) 5K WARM-UP: (see Workout description below) The Workout: Yep, that’s it. A 5K Run. Why? To test your cardio system. This workout should be a way for you to set a time for covering the 5K distance (3.1 miles). Make sure you warm-up for 8-10 minutes before you officially start your 5K.
